The Organization is structured to take over the manufacturing progress, follow-up, inspection work and in some cases site supervision during construction for a complete project, thus providing a comprehensive service throughout the project execution time span.

To ensure that quality standards are met, an independent inspection or expediting team reporting directly to a senior coordinating engineer is usually established for each job. The staff of inspection engineers is fully conversant with the international codes and standards in their areas of expertise. Their skills are kept up to date through periodical training courses. The senior coordinator is equipped with the technical capabilities to satisfy client requirements and to keep suppliers accountable following up on actions. In addition his role is to ensure that quality of reporting and timely feedbacks are kept at the standard of customer expectation.
The answers to technical queries are evaluated providing almost immediate solution to any technical issue that may arise during work execution.

The Managing Director has the authority and the duty to verify the correct application of the System and to propose any corrective and improvement actions where the need arises.

During the general periodical reviews of the System, carried out by the Management, the company policy is reviewed, the context in which process srl performance is verified, risks and opportunities are assessed and the objectives and targets of the company are defined and / or updated.
